Gold Mynd is a Jamaican-born reggae artist who now calls Kelowna, Canada home, carrying forward the rich legacy of roots, culture, and uplifting vibrations. He has now established himself as the Reggae Ambassador for the region. Gold Mynd creates music that not only entertains but uplifts the spirit and unites communities.

Gold Mynd’s musical journey began on the island of Jamaica, where he fell in love with reggae music, and it became his way of life. In 2017, he released My Life Mixtape, a milestone project as it was his first official release that captured his early artistry before migrating to Canada that same year.

Once in Canada, Gold Mynd quickly began building his name in the local scene. In 2020, he released The Mimosa Mixtape Vol. 1, expanding his sound and connecting with the hip-hop culture of North America. Later joining forces with Dalias “Mistah D” Blake of Launch Code Productions. Together they produced his debut album Love & Life, a balance of modern reggae sound with timeless roots foundations, led by the fan-favorite single Blaze, produced by DJ Kemo. This project marked the start of his professional career as a bona fide stage performer and entertainer. Gold Mynd also has released over 100 songs throughout his musical journey, consistently blending conscious lyrics and soulful melodies.

Gold Mynd is a dynamic performer known for his versatility and commanding stage presence. Whether performing solo with a backup singer, alongside a DJ, as part of OK Vybe or backed by a full eight-piece Reggae Revolution band, he consistently delivers high-energy shows that connect with audiences of all sizes.
